I had originally signed a contract with UPSCALE AUTO TRANSPORT to transport my car, but after I had given them a $150.00 deposit on the car, and given them my credit card number; they had turned out to be a scam and never called me back and are yet to return my $$$. THANK GOODNESS I had already signed a contract with you guys, and forgotten about it. When I had originally spoken to Janine she could tell that I was very upset just seeing as how I am only 18, and just found out I was robbed! Luckily, Janine was very sweet and I could tell she made it a top priority for her to aide me in getting my car across the country in a timely fashion, and giving me peace of mind; she gave me her personal phone number and stayed in contact with me at all hours of the day...even on Christmas! I am very appreciative of Janine and your company, and would defiantly pass on the name to others looking for help in this line of service. thank you!!!!
