Customer Service bad, driver was good

Delivery was on time and the truck driver was courteous and helpful. Autotransport123 sales and customer service were not responsive however. I was never called back after calling for more information 3 days in a row. I was never emailed with driver info as promised. While the total bill was $625, it was supposed to be $225 credit card and $400 cash on delivery as the contract said. They actually charged my card $300 and the cash part was $325. Not a big deal, but having more charged before the delivery is a little sneaky and you have to read the fine print to see the weasel words. Salesman gave me an incorrect phone extension when he said it was his direct line as requested. The specific date of the pickup was crucial and I only found out about the 3-5 day "window" after the sale and begging 3 times to get a call back from someone. Overall, I'd probably try a different carrier due to the lack of communication from customer service.
