I contacted this company to haul a truck from Illinois to Pennsylvania. Pickup was time sensitive and was told the company could handle the job,that Ross was speaking with a driver while we were finishing the transaction.Ross told me that he needed my credit card information,that it would not be used until it dispatched out for pickup.Pickup time came and went,no word from Auto Transport 123.Sent proper cancellation notice,next day mail,which went to the address that I had been given,but it wasn't deliverable at that address.Would not answer phone calls.Started hitting my credit card without doing anything for the money.Would never use nor recommend AUTO TRANSORT 123!

12/27/13 10:08 am paid Jerry $125 check 3321 customer we refunded his cancellation fee and cashed this check 1/2/14. We are by far the most honest company on this site our reviews speak words louder than Jerry's lies ever could.
