My vehicle was picked up the same day I signed my contract (electronically). Christian told me that he had a driver available that day, and within hours my vehicle was on its way to Kentucky. The estimated delivery date was the 29th, however, the vehicle arrived early and it was not an inconvenience at all. The driver delivered my vehicle in great condition and I am really pleased with the customer service I received.

I am forgot to add that I am currently deployed in Afghanistan....which makes it really difficult to find companies that are trustworthy. Conducting business sight-unseen can be nerve wrecking and expensive, but Auto Transport 123 made the process ridiculously easy. The professionalism and knowledge of the industry was refreshing. They were patient and provided all the necessary information I need to make me feel comfortable about working with them. From the cell phone number of the driver to contacting the pick up and delivery agents on my behalf..these guys and gals are awesome. I would recommend their service to everyone I know who needs a vehicle shipped. They are well worth the investment!
