This company did a phenomenal job with the moving of my vehicle!!

There was an issue on my end where the truck would not start and they were FULLY accommodating and didn't charge me extra to send another driver out to attempt a second pick up. I worked with Tara and her brother and they were extremely sweet and remembered my name and my situation. This seems like a family business and everyone is in the loop on who the customers are and they treat you with respect.

The only issue I had was a misunderstanding about needing CASH (or a money order/certified check) upon delivery of my vehicle. It was explained that all I needed was a credit card for the down payment once the vehicle was picked up and on its way, then the final amount charged to the card once it was delivered. However, once the guy delivered my vehicle he asked for his money (which I thought was already paid) and that made me question the legitimacy of our deal. This was the one time I had to reach out to customer service to get clarification and I had to hold for a LONG TIME.

The experience wasn't so positive since I had to drop what I was doing to run to the bank, withdraw a large sum of cash and rush back to pay the delivery guy, BUT my overall experience with Tara leading up to the final delivery was so positive, it outweighed that glitch and I had to give them five stars.

Not to mention, the delivery man seemed very respectful, he even took the time to explain what was wrong with my truck, suggestions on how to get it fixed. It seemed he just didnt want to get gypped (by me not paying) and neither did I (by feeling like I was paying twice), so I was happy to pay him once the company confirmed it was on me and not on them to pay him.

All in all, top notch service, door-to-door as promised, only took 5 days (incl weekends) for cross country move.

Just be sure to have the cash on delivery! ;-) I would definitely use them again, Tara and her brother (cant remember his name) were PHENOMENAL!!!!
