My husband had his brothers 1964 Impala transported from Illinois to Arizona. This car has more sentimental valve then cash valve. Over the days that the car was taken across the United States my husband had panic and anxiety attacks. He called Janine almost on a daily basis, after hours, and on weekends. I truly think he even called in the middle of the night once. The whole time Janine never got upset with him. Instead she worked with him and the drive to make ensure my husband that the car was safe and would be in his drive way on time. The drive had an issue on his way across the United States causing a delay in the arrival of the car to Arizona. Janine called and worked out all of the details with the drive. Making sure the car was in a safe locked yard, that the drive updated her on the status of the car and his truck daily. Once they were back on the road Janine called and let my husband know it was on the road again. Once the car made it to Arizona the drive and his wife delivered the car to our front door. They were the nicest people. Helped us get the car into the drive way and all tucked into its new bed. And I am here to tell you it was a lot of work. Janine went as far as to get us a discount for the delay.
