The initial discussions with them were very positive, very professional although a little pushy. I did not have a secific move date and was not in a hurry but was urged to sign with them, at no cost, with delivery when I was ready. When I made the initial request, it was for a covered transport, the contract I received and signed without reading thoroughly, was for an open carrier. Shame on me.

As Hurricane Issac was hitting, I received an e-mail that the car was being picked up. I had not made the request to move it, got side-tracked with the storm, lost access to the computer and the next thing I know, there's a driver 800 miles away, picking up the car. I stopped it, but was hit with a hefty charge.

When I was ready to move the car, I sent an e-mail to Christian outlining my expectations for the move, and was very specific that it be in a covered carrier. what arrived was an open carrier and the person I had handling the pick-up let the driver load the car and leave.

It cost me another chunk of cash to get the truck to turn around and remove the car from the open carrier.

When I spoke with Janine, the quote for the covered carrier was a lot more than I expected but using them was the only way I could recover some of the money I invested with them for the earlier disasters.

The car was finally picked up, on time, in a covered carrier and was delivered on time in exactly the same condition as when it was picked up. Driver was professional, took the time to cover the seats before getting in the car. The truck he was driving had some extensive damage to the external lower sides of the truck, but I felt comfortable that the car was safe and secure.

I have moved several vehicles in different directions and I have come to find that this is pretty standard service from auto transports. They are quick to lock you in to a contract...but disappointing on the back end. They were competitively priced.
