Great Customer Service, Communication Needs Improvement

My sales person was amazing. He took the time to teach me about the auto transport industry and leading services that are provided. However, he could have done a better job at communicating my services. As a new customer I did not feel very confident about the time my car was suppose to be picked up. Although my car was picked up a day late, it was transported to my final destination on time. Overall, I thought the services was good and my sales person was excellent. My word of advice: keep the customer confident about using your services by staying in contact with them throughout the process.
