Made It OK, But ...

My car was successfully picked up and transported to its destination and it arrived undamaged. The truck came one day after 1st available pickup date, but delivered the car on time. I am lowering the rating because of the following. I set up the move as "driveway to driveway", as the car had outdated registration and could not be legally driven. Two hours before pickup on a Saturday AM, I get a call from the driver that because it is a residential street, he probably would not be able to pick it up and that I must drive it to a large parking area. I told him it was impossible because of the registration. I then called Auto Transport 123 (3 separate extensions) and left messages of my problem. I did not hear back from them until 2 days later on Monday. At that time they said there was no record of requesting "driveway to driveway". As it turned out, the truck was able to come down the street and make the pickup, but no help was coming from Auto Transport 123 if there had been a problem.It appears they have no Saturday or Sunday customer service, so don't have problems on a weekend.
