Let me tell you how the ordeal started with "Greg"(if that's even his real name). My mother who is up in her age but is normally a street smart person contacted greg of Auto transport 123. Her cell phone headset is always loud since she can't hear well. I heard Greg stating to my mother that he needs her debit/credit information in order to even get a reservation for Saturday. After having a truck that was suppose to pick our car up today (8/7/2012) my mother was just anxious to get the whole ordeal over with as she had just booked 3 plane tickets for $1000 to leave on Saturday (8/11/2012). Huge red flags went off in my head and I told her not to give it to him but she didn't listen as we had to leave in just 4 days. Good thing she gave them the wrong number by mistake as Greg made us sign several forms stating that if we canceled we would have to pay 50 dollars if we canceled. I felt sick to my stomach but said fine. He then quickly finished the conversation without ever confirming a pick up before Saturday. What happened next will seem like folk lore. I called Greg back as I felt like I had been gotten. Greg seemed EXTREMELY impatient and even annoyed that I had called back. All I was trying to do was explain to him that this needs to be done urgently, Greg quickly replied without missing a beat, "I can get it done faster for you with some extra money". I won't lie, I lost it and said I'm not paying you any extra ******* money, he then hung up. Next his sister called my mother (even though I gave them my number for primary contact) telling her that she booked a truck for Friday and if she canceled she would have to pay $225. But I thought it was $50? Nope not of they booked someone! The card didn't go through and that's what saved us as we already had someone call us with a different company for Thursday. Greg then called us after his sister hung up when I tried to talk to her and said that it was canceled for good. End of story. Crooks thieves whatever you want to call these guys. I bet Greg wouldn't have done this to my face as I'm actually from new York city.

Crooks are people who sign up with 4 companies, Give us fraudulent credit cards #'s, and who give us fictitious names. But The real crook is one who writes lies on the internet because we cancelled his order based on being booked with multiple companies. For1st time customer this serves as a great lesson to not book with more than 1 shipping company. When we called Isolina the real poster of this review to cancel their order they said which company is this again?
