After being let down twice by other carriers, I received an e-mail from Jerard to ensure that my car had shipped already. There was something refreshing about his NOT making guarantees. Although his quote was higher than the other two transport brokers who had left me hanging, Jerard explained that the others were unable to come through likely due to the price being too low to persuade drivers to come off of the main route to my location...

He was right! The delivery man came right on time (with excellent communication thrown in) and both I and the new owner of the transported car are very happy. The driver was super nice, as well, and even gave me a bottle of cool water as we battled the intense heat.
