This is how I learned about the excellent service of Auto Transport 123. I bought a truck from a guy in Michigan and he suggested that I use Classic Cars LLC. to transport the truck from Michigan to Indiana. So I contacted Classic Cars right away to transport my truck to me. When I first contacted Classic Cars on a Monday they told me if I paid them for the cost of the transport up front they would have the truck to me by Friday of the same week. I paid the $575.00 that day and expected that guy to stand by his word and have the truck setting in my driveway Friday, two weeks went by and I heard nothing from Classic Cars. During that two weeks I called them several times leaving a message for them to call me back and let me know what was going on but no one ever called me back. I was sarting to get really frustrated with the people at Classic Cars, they had no problem taking my money but didn't have enough respect to call me back and let me know what was going on.
So I found out about Auto Transport 123 on the internet and gave them a call. Rob the representative really helped me out. He told me how to get my money back from Classic Cars and got my truck delivered to me within a week of talking to him and he didn't want all the money up front. All they asked for was a deposit of $200.00 and then you pay the driver the rest when they drop your vehicle off, plus he stayed in touch with me and let me know what was going on. Auto Transport 123 has excellent customer service if you need a vehicle shipped I highly recommend these guys it's a family owned business and they stand by their word.
