When I called 123 they were very nice and very helpful. Military discounts are given, so be sure to ask! You can email them or call and they will help you best they can. They are a little on the high side but if you want good customer service they are the people to go to. I had my car picked up in Ohio and delivered to California. It was very last minute but they picked it up 4 days after I called, and dropped it off 6 days later. Be sure to ask the actual driver when he thinks the car will be delivered, since he will be driving he can most likely give you the most accurate date. 123 is simply incharge of getting you a driver and can help you track them. However they aren't the drivers so you need to make sure u talk to him/her. I hope this is helpful!!! If you need anymore information please feel free to contact me.
