It's important to remember that with large moves, there is the necessity of flexibility.

I placed my order with AutoTransport 123 based on it's reviews. Jimmy (my sales rep) was a respectful fellow who was easy to reach and responded to my concerns in a quick manner. He was knowledgeable in the process and was quick to help out.

The company they liaised with, 5 star logistics (or NAO auto depending on who you talk to), was good as well. Jimmy provided me their contact information, and they explained when they would come by to pick the vehicles up. Fortunately for us, they ended up in the latter end of our window (originally told Wednesday but turned into Thursday... I told Jimmy I needed them picked up no later than Friday) which worked out very well for us.

The vehicles were delivered to Illinois without any damage. One car was dirty, but that's the price you pay for transporting vehicles in the winter. The dirt washed off just fine.

If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone with the same company. My only warning to other users is to ensure which company you make the check out to; some have subsidiaries that operate for them. Your best option to prevent any issue is to simply call the dispatch office.
