Poor follow up after the sale

Car was picked up and delivered within agreed upon service window. And without any damage.

CONS:
Delivery was subcontracted to Guterman LLC who didn't know how to drive the 9 car carrier into a residential neighborhood and threatened that we would either need to drive up to the main road to pick up the car or have it put into storage.

Track My Delivery didn't work at any time since we placed the order. Insufficient follow up after the sale to inform us of the payee name on the cashiers check until I called to inquire only to find out that I needed to drive home 90 minutes from work and rush into a bank to get the cashiers check since the car was being delivered only a few hours later. This rush could have been avoided had our sales person been as enthusiastic to keep us informed as he was in booking our order.
