Great customer service; there were no hidden fees. My car was picked up on time, Saturday, December 3, 2011 with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday, December 6, 2011. My car was here Monday night, December5, 2011. The driver, John, was very nice especially since I had to come uptown from work. The car was in the same condition as when it was sent and the driver was great: after not driving my Toyota for so long, he showed me how the lights worked and where the emergency break was, without making me feel like an idiot, lol :) I would recommend them.
