Where to begin... started off with another business, State 2 State Auto Transport, to have my automotive shipping needs met but right away I wasn't getting the customer service I needed over the phone (when I even could succeed in reaching my broker that is). Received a call from Mike over at Auto Transport 123 and was relieved to speak with someone who knew what they were talking about when it came to moving my BMW across country. Mike set up my transport for a great price, but best of all was available to answer my phone calls whenever I had questions. The customer service provided by Mike to handle my vehicle far exceeded my expectations, and before I knew it I received my car safe and sound. In addition to working with Mike, Janine over at Auto Transport 123 was phenomenal as well with handling the many questions I had before and during my vehicle was shipped. Thank you so much for the move, and if anyone is in need of a vehicle transport, I would call Mike at Auto Transport 123 immediately and you will understand why I am so happy with my recent business with him after one phone call.
