Contacted Auto Transport 123 and spoke to Aaron who was very helpful & friendly. Informed that car would be picked up on a Saturday afternoon. Then got a call that Sat. afternoon that the carrier got into an accident (not too comforting) & would not be coming. Maybe Sun. or Monday. Called & emailed Aaron but got no response. The carrier ended up picking up the car Sunday night. We were told we would have a 3 hour notice. The driver called & was there in 20 minutes. Lucky that we were home!!! The car arrived in Florida a day & a half later, which was great!!! I do think Auto Transport123 is a good company & I would use them again. My only issue is that we were ignored all weekend. When we spoke to Aaron Monday morning he was apologetic & sincere. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, because my car arrived safely & quickly.
