I requested quotes from a few companies and received a lot of offers via email. Joe was one of the few that called me and explained to me the whole process. He assured me that he will be my point of contact and that he will do everything to get the business and provide best of class service. After a few days of looking at reviews I decided to go with Auto Transport 123. They use electronic signature contracts that are quick and efficient to use. Once I paid the deposit Joe contacted me for the first available date that the car could be picked. He called a little later and said that the car would be picked on the next day. The driver called me 2-3 hours in advance to make sure it is convenient for me. He arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He did a comprehensive inspection of the car and marked every scratch (of which I has a lot). 4-5 days later the car was delivered. I had an absolutely flawless experience with Auto Transport 123 and will definitely use them again.
