Beyond excellent customer service

I needed to ship my car from Rhode Island to California since my husband and I were moving there with the military. I chose one company that seemed pretty legit, but they ended up never coming to pick up my car, and were absolutely useless in the customer service department. Meanwhile, Ben had called me, knowing I wasn't using his company initially to ship my car, making sure it got picked up and offered to pick it up if it had not been done so already. This was the first sign I knew he was already 100 times better than anyone I had dealt with in the past. I decided to call him and see what he could do about my car and sure enough he had it picked up within 24 hours of talking to him. He was so helpful, professional and most importantly kept my calm and ensured me I would get the car shipped in a timely manner. He also called me multiple times during the day to give me updates on the exact time the car would be picked up. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to ship a car and will definitely use him again.
