I met a lady in my Aqua Therapy that told me about Auto Transport123,she had used the company to ship her daughters car for college ..She was telling me about this because I had mentioned having to fly back to Illinois & driving my car back here to AZ...
She looked at me & said honey that would be way too hard on your body..I do have severe back problems & it would have been very hard on me .But I knew no other way.Thought about Transport but ruled it out because I thought it too expensive.
.Anyway she gave me the number & I called..Spoke with Joe..Immediately liked him. Very professional also so personable ,he could tell I was nervous about shipping my car & has been with me every step of the way..
I am a senior lady & he has treated me with the utmost respect ,very patient & understanding of my stops & starts on this whole deal.Never pushing , I hate pushers & he did none of that .Always friendly & reassuring me everything would be OK ..& it has been.I can't tell you how appreciative I am of his handling this whole business.
The company that picked up & delivered my car was GRD Transport ,Very nice guys .I am so very pleased.They kept me informed of everything..
I definitely will tell others of your great company & Customer Relations ( Joe was wonderful. I truly thank Him for making this difficult time so easy.Calming my nerves ,etc..The Whole experience was good ,price was excellent.The shipping was handled very professionally..Joe made this whole experience very smooth for this Senior Lady..Thank You so much,
