WOW! What a Let Down!

I spent three and a half weeks working with these people from my first quote on May 18, 2011 until I received a call from the owner on May 10, 2011 telling me that they were not going to honor the quote that his brother, Christian, made to me. There was a lot of frustration in between the first contact and the last, including placing calls to the company to speak with Christian (ironic name, right?) who was "on a call", "out of the office", or "not available".

I spent 4 days getting those types of messages while trying to find out why I had received confirmation of my order, but no contract to sign. Finally, Christian's brother picked up and told me that there was no way that he could ship our car for the price that Christian quoted. This was on Friday, the order was for Sunday Pick up. He simply told me that he did not want my business and refered me to another shipper.

My warning to you, is DO YOUR HOMEWORK before contacting these guys. They will tell you that their family has been in the shipping business for over 75 years. BBB lists them as active since 2010. When i asked about the other 74 years, i was told that they have all been working in shipping for several years and their combined experience is over 75 years! LOL, what a scam!

My advice? Go with Red Carpet Auto Transport instead...see my very positive review for them. Ask for Denise Flores.

BTW: Below is my confirmation of my order from Auto Transport 123 that Christian's brother refused to honor. The only thing I changed on it is removing my e-mail address in the TO: header.

Please disregard this review. This review is being disputed with Transportreviews.com currently. This customer's quote due to his indecisive nature expired. As stated in his review his quote was edited numerous times over a period of 3 weeks during a time of escalating diesel fuels. We recommended Mr.Tucker to a competitor because we refuse to charge our customer more then the quoted price. MR.TUCKER was never a customer of ours we retracting our service offer to him because of the issues incurred while trying to set this up. We never sent him a contract, confirmed any order, or allowed him to place an order period. Mr. Tucker has no contract, no receipt of us charging him any type of fees, or BIL from his shipment deeming this review invalid or a non customer review by Transport Reviews Standards.
