This company is very friendly and helpful until they get your car. I received my 09 forester after picking the car up 3-4 days late, and 5 days of transport. They picked up at 12:30AM. Some Russian dudes. They showed up at the destination at a reasonable time.
My car was parked under a 50 something car that leaked oil all over my car. My car was so dirty that the ding in the hood was covered up. I called to get some help and DISPATCH says " well you signed for it. That releases us". I hope they don't need my endorsement.
