I will submit a complaint to the WA State Attorney General's today via their website. Auto Star need to be stopped.
My car had 1385 miles on it when picked up April 18, 2013. When delivered it had 30 additional miles on it and had damage to the front bumper and grill. I have called Auto Star Transport ten times and never was able to speak to a knowledgeable person. Froland Auto Transport was the brokering agent and they said to contact "Allen" at Auto Star. If such a person exists he has never returned my phone calls. Froland advised me to get an estimate to repair the damage and this estimate has been submitted to Auto Star twice but neither the repair shop nor I have received a return call.
