After being lied to by a different company and speaking to Dan, and explaining my situation to him, I decided to go with his company. Needless to say that was a VERY bad decision. I paid the 205.00 broker fee and then heard nothing. I grew frustrated with them and decided to go with a company that did not require a broker fee and called Dan on Sunday actually spoke with him and verbally cancelled the arrangement and asked him to refund the broker fee as soon as possible. The new company tried to list my car and auto shipping today would not release my car off of the "job board" Dustin at auto shipping today called me late afternoon on Tuesday (2 days after cancelling) telling me that they had a truck, but it was going to cost me an extra 300.00! I told them I wasn't their customer and I didn't want anything to do with them. The new company called and told me they had a truck available as well....funny thing was that they were the same exact truck, BUT the new company wanted 350.00 less than auto shipping today wanted!!
So here I am over 6 weeks later and NO refund check for the broker fee, no calls returned! The worst part is that this was my son's money, he is a service member who saved months and months for his car and the shipping.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
