Pick up 3 days late. After they had my car for 2 full weeks i finally got in touch with the carrier after 3 days of trying and they said, "We never should have picked your car up, we don't deliver to your area". Also "We'll give you $100 off if you come pick the car up here", it was 9hrs south of my location. To this day Kim has not returned my call. Finally got my car covered in mud 7 days late after much struggle.
Im keep getting emails saying "I need your review!"... There it is

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY GOING ON 10 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Brandon, You have worked with me on numerous occasions. I made it work to have them deliver to your vehicle. You have not called me once since the vehicle was delivered so for you to say I haven't returned phone calls is false. You transported your vehicle open carrier, so to have a dirty vehicle is to be expected. You have transported vehicles with me before so that should not have been a surprise. Yes we are asking every customer for a review, because we ask you at the time you place your order if you will leave one. When we don't see one, we get back in touch with you to find out why. You never responded to me. I am sorry this experience wasn't like your others.
