Over all my experience was great. The staff (Lance) kept up with me through the process, and was checking continuously to make sure things were going smoothly. I had a few minor (you can barely see them) scratches on the top trunk of my car, but it's not something I noticed until 2 days later. The price and timliness was great. I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to ship their car.
