The agreement on the contract/shipping order form was $1300.I put down $150 on my Visa debit/credit card.The 1st available pick up date on the contract was 5/26/2011 but my car didn't get picked up till 6/03/2011.I didn't receive my car until 6/12/2011 @ around 9pm. Rachel Matthews (representative/salesperson of Auto Planet Transport, LLC.) assured me that I would only pay the driver the balance of $1150 upon arrival of my car as written on the contract.The night my car arrived, the driver showed me the Dispatch Sheet stating that I need to pay the total of $1350. I showed the driver APT, LLC.'s Shipping Order Form that I only need to pay $1150 but the driver wouldn't release my car till I pay the total of $1350 COD. So I ended up paying an additional $200 to a total of $1350. That would bring my total payment to $1500 including the $150 deposit. I called Rachel about the issue and she said that they would give me a refund of $250 including $50 discount for the long delay of the shipment. I waited 3 weeks and I still didn't get my refund. I've been calling APT, LLC. and Rachel several times including their Customer Care Department and their Accounting Department and left multiple voice messages but until now I didn't get any response. I called Rachel several times and she kept putting me on hold for long minutes (about 10-20 mins.) and couldn't give me a straight answer. I gave APT, LLC. and Rachel enough time to give me back my refund but still no action. So, I filed a complaint against APT, LLC. to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The complaint is in process at this time. Waiting to hear from them.
