I was moving my car form California to Washington and I only decided to do it about 3 days prior to leaving. I received 9 referrals, and after reading the reviews I narrowed it down to 4 that I contacted, which quickly became 1 after speaking to Brian at Auto Moving Group. His knowledge, though he is new to this industry was amazing. Instead of just giving me the answer I wanted to hear, he had his manager on the line listening in to make sure he was giving me all the details correctly. I personally want to commend him specifically because most others would have said anything to get the sale so tell your boss I said Job Well Done!! Don't let the newness of Auto Moving Group deter you, because The owner has worked in the industry for a very long time and is now independant. There explanation of the pricing made perfect sense. Unlike the low ballers who sucker you in but then cannot provide a carrier, or the high ballers who are so overpriced that you may get a quick response from a carrier but you are overpaying by sometimes 40%! Lily in dispatch was able to confirm my contract and carrier within 3 hours for pickup 48 hours later! Lily and her staff were always available and her trucker called two days prior to pickup to confirm, and also the the day prior to confirm pickup time and then again on the morning of the pickup to let us know they were 30 minutes away! They showed up exactly on time! I was able to call the carrier on his cell phone during his trip and it was really nice to know that he had arrived to my destination on time. The the day prior to delivery they called me to reconfirm the time of arrival at the destination! Needless to say I would absolutely use Auto Moving Group in the future and recommend them to a friends and family! In fact I already have. Best of luck to this new company as I know they will do great and have a long and prosperous future.
