Let me tell you something about these guys.... They really know there stuff!! After being left high and dry by the other "company" that was supposed to pick me up, I received a call from Lily at Auto Moving Group just as a courtesy follow up to see if I had selected a mover. I explained to her the situation and she was able to tell me who I scheduled with and why I wasn't getting moved. The bottom line was the other company had simply underbid me to get my business. I had received higher quotes when I initially called around but the other company "promised" me that they already had a driver to pick me up. Needless to say it was all a bunch of lies. Lily even helped me to get my money back from the other company when they refused to refund me my money. Lily had a driver for me 2 days later at the price he originally quoted me. She wasn't lying when he told me the cheapest price is actually the worst price. She even emailed me the whole list of cars that were moving my route to show me how the bidding is done. I was then contacted by Lily with all the drivers information and was able to speak with the driver to set up a time so that I wouldn't have to leave work for too long. The car arrived to me 7 days later and I am extremely happy with the service that I received. I will 100% recommend Auto Moving Group to anyone looking for a friendly reliable company!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!
