I was very pleased with every aspect of this service. I thought their quote was in the range of a reliable offer (some of the stories on the Web just scared me to death). And, there were no up front charges at all. I paid the full amount in cash to the driver upon delivery.

Note that the reference to damage was clearly beyond the control of the driver XXXit was the result of road debris kicked up from the tractor rear wheels that hit the left front bumper. My vehicle was shipped from Ohio to New Jersey in the midst of severe winter weather in mid-February. Auto Move It covered the body repairs in full and without delay.

They were only slightly late for the scheduled pick up, again, due to the weather conditions in the mid-West. A Tuesday afternoon date was rescheduled for the next morning and they still met the delivery commitment of Thursday.

I would without question use this transporter again and recommend same to all.
