Overcharged me $25 and not correcting despite numerous calls.

I would NOT recommend Auto Central Direct. Craig with ACD was unable to obtain a driver to move my vehicle based on their initial price quote or with their second increased price quote. I was going to take my business elsewhere and Craig offered to lower his fee to $75 and $600 to the driver. I accepted this offer but Auto Central Direct already charged my credit card $100 for their fee portion on 11-26-10. I have spoken to Craig and Jordan (who is supposedly the owner's son) REPEATEDLY. Jordan insists he will get the credit taken care but he has NOT. I don't know if this is simply a stall tactic or complete lack of professionalism. It is now Feb. 14, 2011 and I will call my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to pursue this matter. My vehicle was delivered but I will NOT ever use this company again.
