once they have the deposit, they never care, Carol Ross from sales and Dispatch section ripped me off, they never answer your call, I was charged $125 dollars more and the car arrived late, the driver delivered was very rude, and he can barely speak english, did'nt deliver to the address expected, because of this we had to pay for our rental car $175, I do not know if I can offically complain it to the DOT about these scammers, would never use this company again, please do not use this company
