i was contacted by carol ross after requesting several quotes on line to bring a 1957 chev from new jersey to california,and they were the lowest quote.
i was promised by carol ross for 995 dollars they would get my car picked up on 2-28-2012 and would have the driver call me with his info.
after i called carol back she transferred me to customer service and they told me no one had picked it up from the board and they were waiting on someone to pick it.
i explained to her i was being charged storage and wanted a firm date for pick up and she said she would find out and call me back
the next day i had to call again and was told it will now cost 1350 instead of 995 and only one transporter is bidding on the job
i had no choice because of the storage fees but i will never use them again and will dispute the charge on my credit card
