I paid over $1000 for an airline ticket to IL from PA to finish emptying my mothers home who passed away last year. This company was supose to move a Honda Civic to PA. The company had not contacted me about times etc...to pick up the car & I had not heard from them. Finally they called my house in PA where the car was to be delivered & spoke to my wife. ( what would have happened if she had been with me?) She gave them my cell number which was listed on the shipping invoice, and I finally received a call. They gave me a time period in which they would pick up the car the following day. The next morning, got a call and was told the window of time for pick up was to small and they could not get the truck down the street. It's funny how a large moving company was able to get there the day before to remove all the other boxes & furniture from the house. It's not like it's a small dirt road. It's right off a Major Highway. Then they wanted me to drive the car to a location for them to pick up. The tags, inspection sticker and insurance had expired so I couldn't drive the car & risk being pulled over for some reason. I was flying back the next day and tried to get someone else to do the job. They told me that they could Decline to pick up for any reason! That's great customer service huh? Don't always think the best price will get the best job done...in this case I was left stranded and the car is still there! I would never use again!
