I am a first time shipper and needed to ship my Mercedes fro CA to NY. After reading so many horror stories about damaged vehicles, delayed deliveries, and no communication from shipper. I feel that I was very lucky to get Arthur Xpress to ship my vehicle. He picked up vehicle on time. He was always reachable and kept me informed as to his progress. He even send me a pic of my vehicle on the truck. He delivered my car from CA to NY in 4 days and without a scratch on it. I would definitely use them again.
