I contacted with this company to ship my pick-up on October 29,2009. They took a $190.00 deposit ans I did not hear from them again. After many attempts to contact them I finally was told that they were waiting for insurance cofirmation. I later found out that it posted on the nationlal shipping board at a price that would not move. I made multple attempts to get a credit and still waiting. The only time I got any response was when I requested new quotes to ship my truck from other companies the actually called to quote me on shipping when they already had it on the board. This company has not answered thir phone returned voicemails, have hung up on me mutiple times, have told me that the person in charge of credits is coming in late 4 Pm eastern 3 times and apparently never shows up. Mistakes can be made but total dishonesty is intolerable.
