I recently utilized Around the Globe Auto Transport to ship two vehicles cross country. Based on this horrible experience with this terrible company, I can and will NOT, in good conscience, recommend their service to anyone! When I hired them, I was promised a specific delivery date by the agent. Thus, I built my cross-country move off of these dates. However, on delivery day it took me multiple phone calls to find out that the agent was not authorized to guarantee a delivery date and that my vehicle would not be delivered for three more days. In addition, the agent promised to deliver me $1500 worth of grocery and gasoline vouchers! Three months, multiple phone calls and e-mails later and those vouchers are yet to be delivered. The bottom line is that ATG is a company full of liars and cheats, willing to say anything to get your business. They DO NOT deliver on their word, are EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with (via phone or e-mail) and are not to be trusted with your automobile. If you are reading this, it is in your best interest to take your business elsewhere and find a car carrier that is honest, hard-working and able to deliver on its word. I can not recommend strongly enough not to utilize this company's services.
