Unreliable, bad customer service

My vehicle was to be pick up on the 28th of Dec, no one showed up. Repeatedly called the office no answer phone stays busy or transfers to a answering service you cant leave a message on. When i finnally talk to someone (Stacie) she had no Idea where the driver was or when the pickup would take place. Her attitude was as if she was doing me a favor by taking my money. So as i proceeded to tell her how disappointed i was she said " Its not the end of the world, fax in a cancellation paper if you want".The she had the nerve to hang the phone up in my face like I did something wrong. Finnally i get a cll on Dec 30th that the truck was broke and in the shop and they would reschedule a pick up. A email and fax was sent to the company of the poor service and of course no one has respond to show they have the slightest bit of concern. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE OR ANY REASON.
