I called on a Thursday afternoon and my car got picked up on Friday morning, on time and at my house. The driver was extremely nice and responsible. He told me the car would get there on Wednesday or Thursday but it got there on Tuesday, which was a problem because I did not arrive there until Wednesday around noon. That problem was quickly fixed and he even brought the car over to my hotel! It had some extra bumps but they were minor and that is normal, I would think when your car is on the road for a couple of days in an open carrier. Cost was higher than quoted but that always happens after they factor in all the details. Overall, great service, would use again.
