Angeles Moving Auto did not live up to its name on this move. Working with Dina Morton, President of Angels went very well in the beginning, the follow up's calls and emails went well. But once the process started and they received payment, it all went down hill. The car Lexus RX300 was picked up on Saturday, May 29th by TK Line Auto Movers owner Jack. Due to the Holiday we were told that the car would not leave Los Angeles until Tuesday, June 1, 2010. While in New York we received and ETA from Angels that the car would be delivered on Monday, June 7, then a revised call from Jack that it would be on Wednesday or Thursday, Angels then confirmed the ETA, but later called back to revise the ETA to Saturday. After a number of messages and phone calls to Angels requesting Dina to call me, to date I have no response from her. I did speak to Sara, but she indicated that I would have to speak to Jack who gave me the runaround that his moving truck broke down in New Mexico for parts, then it was for tires blowing out, but he could never remember the last conversation we had, oh then it was his wife took his phone, that is why he failed to call us back with an update, are you kidding me, he should have said the the dog ate the truck. We were in the dark for days not knowing what was happening with the car. In the end the car arrived on Monday, June 14th at Palisades Towing & Transport 148 Roosevelt Pl., Palisades Park, NJ 07650, we spoke to John @ 201-947-6676 who informed us that we have to have the full payment before he will release the car, their will be no adjustments, and speak to Jack it's his $900.00. What a stressful week and still it's not over. What seemed to be a great process turned out to be a Nightmare. I would never recommend either of these companies due to the lies we were told. Oh the car arrived with new scratches on both the back doors, and the new breaks are squealing, but I am sure they will say we did it.

Response to Cliff: First and foremost, be sure you let all people know this was a 2000 Lexus, 10 years old. Paint the truth to begin with. To say we did not live up to our name is laughable. I spoke with you Cliff at least 10 times for more than 30 minutes at a time prior to booking this order. I made this happen for you, meeting all your unbelievable needs, 1 day pick up window with a ride to the airport. I got the price down to the lowest possible with the carrier. You wanted a cheap, cheap price. I listened to you, helped you solve all your moving problems. Took all your calls on my cell phone at home at night before the car was ever even a placed order. Then, we do everything we said we were going to do, and you did not. The car was delivered to a safe location in New Jersey, only to have you complain. You claimed there were scratches that were needing to be repaired in the amount of $3000.00. However, the BOL inspection sheet on delivery has no signature on your end to back up your claim. But, the transporter still agreed to a repair on the scratches. His estimates from 3 locations gave him the amounts between $500-$700. That was not good enough for you. And now, after all the dust has settled, and the insurance company agrees that you tried to make a false claim, you must retaliate with a lie to justify your behavior. We did everything possible to make you happy, and you chose anger, profanity, threats and bullying tactics to get your way. I know I was absolutely amazing with my customer service and all I did for you. Be blessed. I certainly am.
