very smooth process

I first contacted Angels based on previous reviews. I was concerned about the process because a friend of mine had a terrible experience in which her car was picked up three weeks late and was forced to pay $200 more because the dealer could not find a driver who wanted to deliver the car for the initial quoted amount.

I contacted other companies which quoted prices below and above Angels. Angels price-matched one of the other competitors quote and chose Angels because my contact person (Sarah) was very professional, made sure she answered all of my question. She made me feel that they would made sure they would take care of everything (which they did).

My car was scheduled for pickup very promptly after I placed the order. I was kept informed of the estimated days and times by both Sarah and the driver. My car was picked up on a Friday evening and delivered to me the next Saturday morning. The truck could not park on my apartment complex, but the driver was very good about finding a convenient place for me to pick up it. Overall, the service was excellent and Sarah followed through every step of the way. I am recommending Angels to a friend who is moving cross-country and every one else who wants to have one have a smooth, pain-free experience transporting their car.
