Poor customer service

I was told that my vehicle could be transported for one cost then, on the last day of my window, after I had to contact them because no one was calling me, I was told that I would have to pay more. I had no time to play with because I was leaving town. I was put in a really bad position. I felt I had no choice but to pay more money to get the job done. This was really frustrating because I had other companies calling me to do the job throughout the week. I checked in periodically and was always told not to worry. In hind sight, I feel the original quote was low to get my business. They collect their fee upon sign up to make sure they get paid first. I got bamboozled!
