Since we were moving across the country (permanently), it was vital that we have our car picked up before we left! When an initial carrier offer was suggested for the day after our pick up window ended, we called to ask about it and it was clearly just an oversight. Another carrier was immediately found, and our car was picked up the very next day (day 2 of our pickup window). The driver was accommodating and got our car there quite quickly, with no problems. Thanks guys!
