Need better communication, great transporter, though

The driver that Angels contracted to pickup/dropoff my vehicle was great. Totally friendly. Unfortunately due to carelessness or simple miscomunication by Angels office staff, I was told pickup would be on a Thursday so I took that day off of work. On wednesday night they called me and said pickup would be on Friday, and when I asked how that could be as I can't take another day off work the response was, "Sh_t happens," more or less. Thankfully the driver was able to expedite his other deliveries and dropped my car off around 8-9pm that Thursday evening. Big thumbs up to Maverick Express and their driver, and a big thumbs down to the Angels coordinating staff. Other than that, the car arrived undamaged, though it was on the bottom of a carrier and it looked to have green liquid stains on the roof/trunk (most likely coolant). It cleaned off with no issue, but may have been problematic for someone with a convertible, etc.
