Wonderfully easy move

I shipped 2 very special cars from Central to Northern California the week of New Years. Dealing with Dina was not only very pleasant, but actually fun. She has a great sense of humor, and clearly knows moving. Arranging the move was a snap, and the window of pickup was actually set for one day. There were no hidden charges, and the payment process was easy.

She suggested a smaller 3 car hauler instead of the standard several car hauler so as to minimize the chances of unforeseen events, to my classic cars. She not only called me several times, but she gave me her cell phone in case of any issues that might come up. The driver was very courteous, and his rig was clean and well maintained. 8 PM on the night they were to be delivered, there had been a slight misunderstanding between the driver and me. I was able to call Dina for advice, and within 30 minutes the misunderstanding ( as well as my anxiety) was corrected. She and her staff both followed up the next day, and then emailed me to be sure I was happy. Dina runs a very professional and customer centric business. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her company to anyone who wants to minimize the stressful time that can occur when moving an automobile.
