Pleasant first time experience

I was pleasantly surprised with my first auto transporting experience. After reading hundreds of reviews of numerous transport agents, I was very worried that the vehicle would come home in bad shape. The vehicle was stolen and ended up in California, so it was picked up without my having seen it. It was returned in the same shape as the last time I had seen it. I only have 2 minor complaints - 1) the scheduled pick up date was 7 days after I signed the contract, although they never promised a date any sooner, and 2) the delivery was promised on 1 of 2 days and it ended up being delivered on the 3rd day. Since it was in a storage lot and I was being charged $30 a day, I had asked them to arrange pick up within a day or 2 of signing the contract. They made no promises other than to do the best they could. They told me the vehicle would be delivered on a Sat. or Sun. and it did not arrive until Mon., so I ended up wasting a day Sat. waiting for the delivery. The driver did call Sat. afternoon to let me know he would make the drop on Mon., so at least I didn't waste Sun. also. All in all, it was a very good experience. Angel's kept me informed all along the way and promptly answered any questions I had. Their pricing was very competitive, although not the cheapest. The best price I got was $750, but I was willing to pay a little more for peace of mind, and they had the highest number of satisfactory reviews of all the agents I looked at. I would definitely use them again.
