Everything from the customer service to the actual carrier was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept in constant contact about updates regarding pick up dates. The actual transportation was surprisingly quick! Jay, the driver, called me a day early to give me an estimate, then again a few hours before he actually arrived. Pick up only took 10 minutes and three days later, my car had arrived halfway across the country! He was very quick and friendly as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would use this carrier again.
