Nice customer service with friendly ladies in CA...MN carrier was interesting.

While I enjoyed the customer service level at Angels Moving Autos (AMA) the MN carrier was a bit difficult to deal with.

While they technically picked up my car on the day they were supposed to it wasn't until around 9pm. I was told they had problems with their truck and wanted me to wait until the next day. This was a concern given the delievery date that we had scheduled.

While in transit to my new location in PA they wanted to drop the car off a day early and again late at night between 9-11 pm.

I had in-laws picking up the car for me and this was nto going to work. I had to go back and forth with the carrier a few times until they settled on the intially agreed upon day for delivery.

I would have preferred that AMA handle these issues but apparently that is not their role.
