Pick-up didn't work out as smoothly as I had hoped

I asked to have my car picked a week after I called but was told this was not possible. Instead, a driver could pick up my car at the end of the week. Unfortunately, the truck came a day early, which forced me to miss a doctor's appointment, unexpectedly work from home and pack my things, etc. About 5 minutes after the truck had left, I received a text from Angels Moving Autos saying that the truck would come tomorrow (which was obviously incorrect information). I'm slightly dissatisfied because I feel like there was a lot of miscommunication that caused me extra stress and worry during my last few days in CA.
